• Inspection of strict visual physical properties like tensile, elongation, izod and hardness.
• Statical process control through venier caliper, micro meter, thread pitch micro meter, go and not go ring gauges and plug gauges.
• Strict visual inspection.
• Final inspection at the time of shipment with statically measuring technologies like, mean standard deviance etc.

Calibration :
• Each and every Instrument and Gauges are periodically calibrated, to ensure integrity of measurement preventive.

Maintenance :
• Company had documented procedure to conduct the preventive maintenance of each and every machinery and instruments.

Training :
